When translating medical documents and certificates, we often find that they are written by hand and sometimes it is difficult to be able to read them. For this reason, we ask our clients to provide these documents in print form if possible, or, if not, if we can consult them to be able to work out a word written by hand that we cannot manage to decipher.

During the translation of medicinal product notes and instructions, our translators refer to the official pharmacopeia, as well as to specialised dictionaries and literature, in compliance with the method and specific nature of the medical translation.

Technical translations and medical translations do not usually require asseveration/swearing, except for illness certificates, medical extract documents and healthcare service bills that must be submitted to the competent authorities (Police Headquarter, Prefecture, National Pensions Office, and Inland Revenue) or to employers.
